These Following Rules Are The Rules That Every Single Person In This Server Has To Follow Subjected To Follow Them Will Get The Following Consequences These Rules Might Change At Any Time So Check Back At Them For Updates.

A.Character Names/Guild Names Which Could Be Offensive In Anyway While Be Forced To be Renamed
Failure To Do So Will Result In A Perma Ip-Ban And/Or Account Ban.

1.No Cursing /Spamming/Or Even Announcing Other Server In Our LFG Channel As It Will Cause You To Be In A Following Penalty.

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Verbal Warning(Will Depend On What You Said)
2) 2nd Offense: 24 Hour Account Ban
3) 3rd Offense: Up To 1 Week Account Ban
4) 4th Offense: Perma-Ip Ban Or Account Ban Depending On The Type Of Spamming On The LFG

2.Colored Text(Colors You CAN NOT Use In LFG Black,Red,White,Green,Maroon,Blue These Colors Are NOT To Be Used In LFG)

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Kick From The Server
2) 2nd Offense: Verbal Warning
3) 3rd Offense: 24 Hour Account Ban
4) 4th Offense: 1 Week Account Ban


3.No Bug Abusing/Exploits/Glitches/Or HACKS In Any Way Of Using One of These Penaltys Will be Treated In Different Action's. The Following Consequences Are The Basic's.

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Kick From The Server
2) 2nd Offense: Verbal Warning
3) 3rd Offense: 1 Week Account Ban
4) 4th Offense: 1 Month Account Ban Up To Perma-Ip Ban.

4.Do NOT Use Any Third Party Programs That Will Get You Hacks/Cheats/Exploits(Add-Ons Are Allowed)

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: 1 Week Account Ban
2) 2nd Offense: Perma-Ip Ban And Account Deletion.

5.DO NOT Advertise Any Of Other Server On The In-Game,Forums Or In Any Place On This Server As It Will Be An Automatic Ip-Ban And Account Deletion

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Account Deletion And Ip-Ban

6.Do NOT Make A Ticket Saying That You Need Gold,Level's,Port,Mounts,Or Anything That You Haven't Paid For Or We Dont Give Out.

1) 1st Offense: Kick From The Server
2) 2nd Offense: 24 Hour Account Ban
3) 3rd Offense: Perma-Ip Ban

7.Do not disrespect Tempest WoW Staff.(As It Can Result As A Perma-Ip Ban)

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: 1 Week Ban Up To 1 Month Ban.
2) 2nd Offense: Perma-Ip Ban.

8.NO PvPing Inside Major Cities Like Orgrimmar,Shattrath,Stormwind,Exodar,ETC.(This Also Means Do Not Equip Your Weapons For Healing)

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Verbal Warning
2) 2nd Offense: 2nd Verbal Warning.
3) 3rd Offense: 24 Hour Ban.
4) 4th Offense: Donor Taken Away For A Minimum Of 1 Day To 1 Week.
5) 5th Offense: Ban From The Server From 1 Week To 1 Month.

9. NO CORPSE CAMPING! (This Includes Killing People More Than Three Times)

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Verbal Warning
2) 2nd Offense: 24 Account Ban
3) 3rd Offense: Up To 1 Week Account Ban
4) 4th Offense: 1 Month Ban From The Server

10. Do Not Use Donors In Battlegrounds!

If You Get Caught Using Donors In Any Battleground It Can Go From A 24 Hour Ban To A Perma-Ban.

11. Do Not PvP All Around The Mall's There Are Special Section's In The Mall Were PvP Is Allowed.

Consequences:
1) 1st Offense: Verbal Warning.
2) 2nd Offense: Second Verbal Warning.
3) 3rd Offense: 24 Hour Account Ban.
4) 4th Offense:1 Week Account

We Hope You Pay Very Much Attention To These Rules As They Will Get You In Big Trouble If Not Followed Please Pay Attention To This Very Good Cause If You Dont Read Them Then You Pay Them.

We Do Not Take Any Kind Of Excuse For Not Following The Rules Above It Is Not Our Fault That You Didnt Read The Rules And Wanted To Goof Of So Please Tell Your Friends About The Rules And Ask Tell Them To Read Them Cause We Will Not Take Any Excuses Like I Didnt Read The Rules So Please Read Them And Inform About Them Than You.
